AWARDS CEREMONY STUDENT SERVICE DESIGN CHALLENGE 2022 (ONLINE)

Después de 5 meses de trabajo en búsqueda de servicios innovadores, los ganadores del Student Service Design Challenge 2022 se anunciarán en un evento especial. El jurado, compuesto por renombrados expertos en diseño en varios campos, revelará los conceptos premiados en 1er, 2do y 3er lugar. Esta edición persigue diseñar servicios basados en modelos comunitarios y colaborativos, rompiendo con modelos tradicionales de propiedad. Más de 90 equipos de estudiantes de todo el mundo se inscribieron, lo que refleja el compromiso de la próxima generación de diseñadores de usar su creatividad y habilidades para crear servicios más centrados en las personas y positivos para el planeta.

Jon Rodríguez, Director Service Design de Philips y Daniel Haltia, Senior Circular Business Designer de IKEA, , anunciarán los ganadores de la edición de este año y mantendrán una breve charla con los equipos ganadores. A ellos se unirán los miembros del jurado, quienes compartirán sus perspectivas sobre los temas y soluciones presentadas.

Este evento está organizado por Service Design College y Philips, junto con IBM, IKEA y la Fundación Ellen MacArthur.

After 5 months of working on innovative service solutions, the winners of the Student Service Design Challenge 2022 will be announced at a special event. The Challenge jury, comprising renowned design experts from various fields, will reveal the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awarded concepts. This edition of the competition focuses on designing services based on community and collaborative models, disrupting traditional ownership ones.

Over 90 student teams worldwide signed up, reflecting the next generation of designers’ commitment to using their creativity and skills to create more people-centric and planet-positive services.

Jon Rodríguez, Director of Service Design at Philips, and Daniel Haltia, Senior Circular Business Designer at IKEA, will announce the winners of this year’s edition and host a brief discussion with the winning teams. They will be joined by the jury members, who will share their perspectives on the overall topics and solutions submitted.

Organised by the Service Design College and Philips, together with IBM, IKEA and the Ellen MacArthur Foundation.
