Breath and Paint is a 90-minute workshop for curious souls who are looking for something a little deeper than your average activity.
It’s your time to slow down, breathe, and express yourself through creativity, with gentle guidance and zero pressure.
You’ll walk away feeling lighter, inspired, and more in tune with who you are.
This practice activates the body’s natural detox processes, revitalizes your life energy, and clears physical, mental, and emotional blockages. Experience a transformational journey that relaxes your body, reprograms your mind, and reconnects you with your true well-being.
After the breathwork session, we’ll bring your experience to the canvas. This part of the workshop allows you to integrate your journey through intuitive painting, transforming your inner process into a tangible piece you can take home with you.
In a warm and supportive space, you'll be invited to express everything you felt during the session: emotions, sensations, energy. Using colors and textures. No art skills are needed.

Respira y Pinta es un taller de 90 minutos para almas curiosas que buscan algo un poco más profundo que una experiencia habitual.
Es tu momento para bajar el ritmo, respirar y expresarte a través de la creatividad, con una guía suave y sin presión.
Te irás sintiéndote más ligero, inspirado y en sintonía con lo que eres.
Esta práctica activa los procesos naturales de desintoxicación del cuerpo, revitaliza tu energía vital y elimina los bloqueos físicos, mentales y emocionales. Experimenta un viaje transformador que relaja tu cuerpo, reprograma tu mente y te reconecta con tu verdadero bienestar.
Después de la sesión de respiración, llevaremos tu experiencia al lienzo. Esta parte del taller te permite integrar tu viaje a través de la pintura intuitiva, transformando tu proceso interior en una pieza tangible que puedes llevarte a casa.
En un espacio cálido y de apoyo, se te invitará a expresar todo lo que sentiste durante la sesión: emociones, sensaciones, energía. Utilizando colores y texturas. No se necesitan conocimientos artísticos.
