Gilda Workshop
A Gilda is usually a couple of olives, a pickled pepper, and an achovy on a skewer, but the absolutely divine combination is so much more! Named after Rita Hayworth's character, it is the perfect blend of salty, spicy, and sour that is just so addictive. This is your chance to assemble your own with a wide variety of ingredients. Explore our grazing table and have a relaxing afternoon. Each person will get to make 10 gildas!
Make your experience complete by adding unlimited vermouth to enjoy with your gildas with.
What to bring:
- A container to take your gildas home
What will be provided:
- Apron and other tools
- A wide variety of ingredients such as anchovies, olives, peppers, cheeses, cured meats, fruits and many more!
- Sourdough bread
- Unlimted vermouth + soda during the workshop for an extra 13€
- Drinking water
