About the speaker
Seshu is a Principal in the Corp Dev Integration team. Seshu’s primary focus is conducting diligence and planning integration for Alphabet’s acquisitions in Access and Google’s acquisitions in Geo product area and Next Billion Users initiative.
He has worked in Switzerland, India and Singapore on expat assignments for 5 years. He has been incredibly successful in finding interesting assignments around the Globe over the past ~10 years at Google. Thanks to his broad academic background and 23+ year multi-functional career in Corporate America, he always figured out a way to add value wherever he worked.
Prior to joining Google, he spent 3+ years at Intel in Portland, OR and 10+ years in automotive industry, primarily working for Ford in Dearborn, MI. Seshu has a Bachelor's degree Mech Engg from India and a Master's degree in Mech Engineering from West Virginia University. He also has an MBA from University of Michigan's Ross business school.
Ramsey Allington leads M&A Integration at Google. He joined Google's Corporate Development team in 2010 and has managed the integration organization since 2012. Ramsey's team leads cross-functional teams through diligence, business planning, and integration for all of Google's M&A activities. After the deal closes they remain a partner to management to aid in the development and acceleration of the people, technology, and users.
He and his team have closed more than 150 transactions for Google, including Deepmind, Nest, ITA, Motorola, Waze, and Skybox.
Ramsey's career at Google started in 2002 where he spent eight years in Online Sales & Operations developing operations and managing teams for new initiatives like AdSense, Book Search, and Search Quality across the US, Ireland, and India. He earned a degree in liberal studies at Santa Clara University.
