Soulful Sunday - Hosted by Yoga With Chrystal

Join us for a two-hour nourishing evening of deep rest, designed to restore balance to body, mind and heart.

We’ll begin with a candlelit yoga flow, moving mindfully through soft, soothing postures that melt away tension and open space within, supported by physical touch.

As the practice unfolds, we’ll incorporate the use of essential oils to awaken the senses and enhance your relaxation experience. 

The evening will gently transition into a guided meditation, allowing you to completely unwind and sink into stillness.
