You can experience all types of emotions during a Kirtan and this is because the strength and power of the mantras reverberates in the depths of the body.

In Kirtan there is no separation between the musicians and the participants. Kirtan is a form of effortless meditation, the joy that arises naturally and the trance of the dance that often arises, you are not able to control them.

The experience is not created by the musicians, nor by the music but by the atmosphere created together thanks to the call and response technique. No one present remains outside of this experience.
