We meet at OneCoWork, unique CoWorking space here in Barcelona because it’s a home designed to inspire, empower and foster a thriving community, on the principles of innovation, collaboration and creativity. It’s an amazing meeting point for young talent and those with extensive experience, in startups to large corporates, domestic and international.

9.00- 10.30 VINYASA YOGA

A Vinyasa Yoga class will be taking place in the living room of the Onecowork, with the basics of a mindful practice to get out your inner confidence, and Audrey, a certified Hatha yoga teacher, and co-founder of AYA, will be guiding a power session to feel re-energises and show you some simple body & breathing exercices to include into your daily life.

10.30-11.00 SOUND HEALING MEDITATION

After the yoga session, guests will be able to attend a Gong Bath meditation by a renown sound meditation practioner.

11.00 HEALTHY BREAKFAST

Guests will be able to savour a healthy breakfast that provide a nutritional balance to enhance energy prepared by our lifestyle coach and co-founder of AYA Ruth Brigandi, she will explain how to do it and its benefits. During this breakfast, there will be two different workshops: Ayurvedic coconut Bowls & Matcha Latte art created by specialists.

12.00 - 13.30 “ALIGNING YOUR LIFESTYLE & PURPOSE IN LIFE” workshop with Xavier Ginesta.

Xavier Ginesta President Voxel media (Spanish company leader in electronic invoicing worldwide) and active member of the association of conscious capitalism will guide a talk about how "Aligning your lifestyle & your purpose in life". Basically on how to make a sustainable and conscious growth compatible with business and personal life.

13.30-14.00 HOLISTIC MARKET

Within the space of One Cowork, guests will be able to find a little corner dedicated to selling our favourite products related to the world of well-being.
