Practical Ayurvedic cooking class. How to use spices in the kitchen. Make your own masalas.
Did you know that there are many options for using spices and herbs to help prevent disease? Did you know that certain spices need to be roasted to be effective?
In this workshop we will learn a multitude of uses for spices and we will learn how to make masalas (mixes of spices for cooking).

Diksha C. has served in the Vedic International Foundation as a Yoga Teacher, a TTC director, a retreat facilitator and an ashram director in Granada, Hungary and Rishikesh India, from 2003 to 2019. She was initiated into Hindu Dharma in 2005 and into Brahmacharya Diksha- monkhood- in 2009. At the present she is in Grihasta Dharma – married Dharmic life. Her focus is to teach the Yoga and Ayurveda as part of Dharmic way of life for happy and healthy living.
