You have been working in Human Resources for years and consider yourself a successful professional, but something is changing.
The solutions that have always worked for you no longer work, and you wonder why. You feel you need to change something, but you don't know exactly what or in what direction.
In 2015, Harvard Business Review wondered on one of its covers if it was time to blow up Human Resources and replace it with something different. You (and others in your organization) may also have asked this same question.
In our opinion, the future of the function previously known as Human Resources will depend on the value that this function can bring to organizations in a scenario that is radically different from the context in which this function was born at the beginning of the last century.
More than 100 years later, markets, technology, and society have changed, the environment is much more complex and the speed at which organizations need to move, and the challenges they face, are very different.
In such a complex scenario, there are no magic recipes, or "good practices" to copy. Each organization needs to find its way because a solution that solves a problem for a company does not necessarily work in another organization.
In this context, Human Resources professionals must develop a systemic vision of how the different dimensions of organizations interact with each other and with the outside world. And learn how to design a value proposition that helps their organizations increase their adaptability to a future that is not always easy to predict.
This is what we will explore and debate in this thought-provoking seminar.
