This year it is essential that WDW's members meet face-to-face to strengthen the ties and to be the direct protagonists of the decisions that will shape the future of the network and benefit each of us as members.
That is why the Annual Members' Meeting is taking place in person in Barcelona, October 16th! This will be a unique opportunity to work together and define our path for the next 10 years:

- Our finances (membership fees and potential sponsors)
- Our organization (Board, Annual Meetings, structure)
- Our growth with new members
- The collective impact we can achieve
We are already looking forward to welcoming representatives from Auckland, Bangkok, Barcelona, Bogotá, México, São Paulo, Seoul and hope they will be many more.

WDW Annual Members' Meeting Agenda
15th October
- Arrival of delegates.
- Attending BDW events.
- 7 pm-9 pm: Visit to Underground BDW and meeting with the exhibitors and local ecosystem.
16th October
- 12 pm-1 pm: Visit to exhibitions at Disseny Hub Barcelona.
- 1 pm-2 pm: Lunch at Disseny Hub Barcelona.
- 2 pm-5 pm: Annual Members' Meeting at WDW's office.
- 7pm-9pm: Visit to Underground BDW and attendance at BDW Closing Event.
17th October
- 12 pm-2 pm: Brunch + Networking event with the delegates and representatives of the local ecosystem at The Social Hub Hotel.
