Your Visionboard 2022 - The Embodied Flow Way

The history of vision boards dates back to the cave men, but we will add a twist to it: You will move and create that vision from your heart.

In order to do so you will be guided through a moving meditation mixed with some Embodied Flow Movement to fully come into your body, turn inwards and connect with your heart.

From here you will be led to tune in to your heart and sense and feel what you truly wish to manifest and attract into your life.

Once you have got the feeling and vision of that, it is time to get creative by crafting your visionboard and infuse it with what you just experienced.

Program:

10:00 - 10:15 Welcome

10:15 - 11:00 Moving Meditation & Embodied Flow Movement

11:00 - 12:45 Vision Board Creating (all material will be provided)

12:45 - 13:00 Closing Circle

What to bring:

Please bring a water bottle and a cushion to sit on and wear comfortable clothes to move in.

Bring your journal & pen for any insights you wish to write down.

No previous experience is required.

This is going to be a fun and interactive morning among amazing men & women who wish to actively co-create their life.

Bio Anne-Christin:

Anne-Christin is a certified Embodied Feminine Flow Teacher as well as an Intuitive Reiki Practitioner and has been on the self-growth journey for more than 6 years now.

Already early on, she noticed that the key element to truly change your life is to integrate movement and intuitive dancing into your practice in order to connect on a body, mind & soul level and to balance the feminine and masculine energies within.

During her own journey, she found that her body had access to so much knowledge and answers that she had been disconnected from for far too long. And once mindfulness practices were actively added to this, she experienced long-lasting effects: Life unfolded beautifully, she was present in the here and now and she noticed how she deliberately was creating her daily experiences and life itself.

Anne-Christin understood quickly that this is how life was meant to be and feel like, however, she realized that the vast majority experienced life much differently. She therefore made it her mission to share these modalities with as many people as possible in order for them to experience this joy, ease and flow on a daily basis.

Living in Mallorca, Spain, she works as an Embodiment Coach with clients online or in person combining all the modalities she has learnt and helping people to live a life in balance.
