Are you a cheese lover? Then read on, because we have THE workshop for you!
MOB Bailén’s kitchen becomes a lab for our first experimental workshop of Food Lab events, led by Rob, who describes himself as a guy from London who somehow ended up making cheese in the city, rather than the countryside.
As well as being co-founder of the Revel App, product owner and remote team advisor, Rob tells us how he got into the world of cheese when he lived on a small farm in the mountains of Granada.
In this first workshop we will make a Feta cheese, easy to make and with hardly any curing period. Afterwards and with a glass of wine, Rob will tell us more about the elaboration process while we taste the cheese we have prepared.

La cocina de MOB Bailén se convierte en un laboratorio para nuestro primer taller experimental de los eventos Food Lab, dirigido por Rob, que se describe a sí mismo como un londinense que de alguna manera terminó haciendo queso en la ciudad, en lugar de en el campo.
Además de ser cofundador de la App Revel, Product Owner y asesor de equipos en remoto, Rob nos cuenta cómo se introdujo en el mundo del queso cuando vivía en una pequeña granja en las montañas de Granada.
En este primer taller haremos un queso Feta, fácil de hacer y sin apenas tiempo de curación. Después y con una copa de vino, Rob nos contará más sobre el proceso de elaboración mientras degustamos el queso que hemos preparado.

Each Event that takes place at MOB spaces, must have accept and be committed to the following COVID-19 protocol:
- Hands cleaning at the entrance of the event, at the "Check In" point.- Listening carefully to the explanation that MOB´S team will give about the protocol and COVID-19 measures to the attendees and event´s guests.- Mandatory use of the mask during the whole event. It is only allowed to be removed when the people are drinking or eating as long as they keep safe distance.- Safety distance between people during the event.- Supervision of the spaces by the MOB team (during the event) to double check that the protocol is being complied.- MOB reserves the right to expel from the event all those who are not complying with the COVID-19 events protocol
