🌿 ¡Encuentra tu enfoque y supera la ansiedad con mis clases de mindfulness en la naturaleza! 🌿¿Sientes que la ansiedad, el estrés o la presión social te están desconectando de ti misma? ¿Te cuesta encontrar calma, claridad o incluso vínculos que se sientan auténticos? No estás sola. Y hay otra forma de vivir.✨ Te invito a mis clases de mindfulness, donde cultivamos presencia, bienestar emocional y autoestima a través de técnicas conscientes, creativas y profundamente transformadoras.🎯 ¿Qué trabajaremos en las clases?🧘‍♀️ Meditaciones guiadas con diferentes temas cada semana: autocompasión, relaciones, confianza, límites, sanación emocional... 🎨 Ejercicios prácticos que integran atención plena con herramientas creativas: — Arteterapia y pintura consciente — Ejercicios de memoria emocional — Dinámicas de atención plena y escritura 🌿 Prácticas al aire libre, en espacios naturales, para reconectar con tu cuerpo, la tierra y el silencio interior. 💪 Ejercicios físicos suaves: yoga restaurativo, estiramientos conscientes, respiración corporal y movimiento sanador. 💞 Un espacio seguro para compartir desde la autenticidad, donde podrás reconectar con tu niña interior, volver al juego, la inocencia, la risa... y a tu poder interior. (Luego seguiremos cada fin de semana, con propuestas nuevas y enriquecedoras).💶 Tarifas y modalidad de pago:— Clase suelta: 10 € — Pack mensual: ▫️ 4 clases (mes de 4 semanas): Promo 25€ ▫️ 5 clases (mes de 5 semanas): 30 35€📌 El pago del pack se realiza al inicio del mes. Si prefieres venir clase por clase, puedes hacerlo con la tarifa suelta, pero si decides comprometerte con el proceso mensual, tendrás acceso a un acompañamiento más completo, continuo y transformador.💚 Tu salud mental se merece este espacio.
