About Sam Hermandez: 

Sam has over 16+ years of experience in Organisational and People Development. She offers strategic advisory services and delivers inclusive leadership and development programmes across the globe.
As a Cognitive Neuroscientist, Sam juggles brain research with consulting. She leads strategy retreats across the planet and lectures in universities across EMEA. At IE, she teaches Neuromarketing and Sex and Gender in the Brain. She is a frequent speaker on applied neuroscience to gender and neurodiversity inclusion, leadership and high performance.

 

Her client portfolio includes Arsenal Football Club, Formula One, McLaren, DHL, La Prairie, LVMH, BP, The Walt Disney Company, Johnson & Johnson Pharma (Janssen) and Nestlé. She has worked in 65 countries so far.
She holds a MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience from Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, an MBA from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris, and BA from Comillas University. She is accredited in Behavioural Assessments with the British Psychological Society, is a Certified International Coach and a Practitioner of Applied Neuroscience.
She is continuing her research and study of the field of cognitive neuroscience.
Sam speaks fluent French, Spanish, English and Italian and keeps working on her Brazilian Portuguese and Arabic (slowly but surely!).
In her personal time, she can be found mentoring vulnerable children, and volunteering in high security prisons and orphanages, or exploring and cleaning the seabed 40m underwater.
