and what we feel. To improve as a person, it is helpful to become aware of these (often subconscious) patterns and behaviors. Our hidden

thoughts, feelings, and emotions are expressed through words and nonverbal communication. When we gain insights and pay attention to this,

we increase our awareness, and areas of personal growth will emerge.
