On Tuesday, March 3, at 7:30 p.m., Berklee Valencia presents Illusions at CaixaForum València.Don’t miss this evening of original music by contemporary performance graduate students, featuring string arrangements by students in the scoring for film, television, and video games graduate program.In addition, two students from the First Year Abroad program, on trumpet and baritone saxophone, along with two local string players, will join the contemporary performance students on stage.&nbsp;The concert brings together artists representing more than 15 nationalities, highlighting the range of Berklee’s talented musicians.Led by program director Olga Román, students have taken the lead as arrangers and musical directors. The repertoire will also feature a reimagined arrangement of Gregory Porter’s “Illusions,” which gives the concert its name; “Pomba Branca,” an emblematic Portuguese song; and “Chiraj,” by Ralph Lavital.—El próximo martes 3 de marzo a las 19:30 h Berklee Valencia presenta Illusions en CaixaForum València.No te pierdas esta velada, que presenta una selección de composiciones originales de los estudiantes del máster en músicas actuales del campus. En el escenario estarán acompañados por dos estudiantes del programa First Year Abroad, a la trompeta y al saxofón barítono, y por dos músicos locales. El repertorio incluye además arreglos de cuerda realizados por estudiantes del máster en composición para cine, televisión y videojuegos.El concierto reúne a artistas de más de 15 nacionalidades, destacando la creatividad y el talento artístico de los músicos de Berklee.Bajo la dirección de la directora del programa, Olga Román, los estudiantes han asumido el liderazgo como arreglistas y directores musicales. El repertorio también incluirá una versión reimaginada de «Illusions», de Gregory Porter, que da nombre al concierto; «Pomba Branca», una emblemática canción portuguesa; y «Chiraj», de Ralph Lavital.
