INOCON is the Innovative Nomad Music Tech Conference and Concert, hosted by Berklee Valencia during Apr 26-28. The 2024 program is expanded to three days and now includes a variety of exciting events to commemorate its fifth anniversary. INOCON connects music aficionados with creative entrepreneurs, both with much to learn from each other.

This year's theme is Flow Al Futuro! It refers to the pyschological concept, Flow, proven to have influenced diplomats, athletes, scientists, and creatives alike:

"Flow in positive psychology, also known colloquially as being in the zone, is the mental state in which a person performing some activity is fully immersed in a feeling of energized focus, full involvement, and enjoyment in the process of the activity. Flow is the melting together of action and consciousness; the state of finding a balance between a skill and how challenging that task is." - Phillip Mirvis

REGISTRATION

Programming for INOCON 2024 will take place across a variety of locations and formats. Registration is required for:

• Friday Welcome Reception & Industry Networking event (in-person).
• Saturday Conference (in-person). Preference will be given to those who can attend for the entire duration. Walk-in registration is available.
• Saturday Concert (in-person).

The Sunday Keynote will be live-streamed into YOUTUBE & ONCYBER METAVERSE and do not require registration! The Saturday Conference and Concert will also be live-streamed and you can register to receive a personalized invite with the links to your email.

FRIDAY 26 - Welcome Reception & Industry Networking

6-9pm @ Wayco Cabanyal Rooftop

Join us for the first ever INOCON Welcome Reception & Industry Networking event, held on Wayco's beautiful rooftop in the trendy Cabanyal neighborhood of Valencia. It will be an ideal setting to mix and mingle with conference attendees, creative entrepreneurs, sponsors, and leaders in the music industry--all while enjoying some live music and a beautiful warm evening. Light appetizers will be included, and the bar will be available for additional service. Sponsored by Memento, Groover, and Disrupción Records.

SATURDAY 27 - Conference

11am-7:30pm @ Museu de les Ciències, Sala Polivalente, southeast door

The conference brings together dozens of professionals from around the world for important and timely discussions about music, technology, and flow. Rest assured, this is not just another conference about AI and music: we have created an impressive program to introduce critical "must-haves" in today's entrepreneurial business environment and to debate the state of various creative industries. NOTE: In order to provide the best experience for attendees, preference will be given to those who wish to attend for the entire event (there are many breaks for lunch and coffee).

SATURDAY 27 - Concert

9pm Aula Magistral, Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía

This thrilling, highly-produced showcase concert will put the finishing touches on a day well spent. Come out to enjoy a diverse lineup of musical styles, performed by students from all Berklee Valencia programs. In the spirit of innovation, performances will also include mediums such as visuals and dance.

SUNDAY 28 - Student Sunday (Berklee Valencia students ONLY)

A limited number of students will have an exclusive opportunity to participate in mentorship sessions sponsored by the ICC, industry workshops, and more.

SUNDAY 28 - Virtual Keynote & Closing Ceremony

6pm @ streamed to YouTube and the OnCyber metaverse

The virtual keynote will be not only a culmination of this year's exciting event: it is also the 5th anniversary celebration of INOCON itself! This panel of leaders will discuss how creative skills can be applied in the context of entrepreneurship and how lessons learned in the startup world can be useful to creators. By connecting music aficionados and creative entrepreneurs around the concepts of Flow, our 2024 theme, we will all learn from each other.
