Overview
8 weeks of the fast, fun world of shortform improv.
102: Intro to Shortform is an 8-class course that introduces the core mechanics of performing shortform games—those quick, punchy scenes made famous by shows like Whose Line Is It Anyway? Students will explore how to play with clarity, speed, and commitment while staying grounded in solid improv fundamentals.
This course blends playfulness with precision, teaching students how to heighten stakes, embrace structure, and keep scenes sharp without sacrificing honesty or connection.
