Comenzaremos con una sesión magistral  de la mano de Itziar Vizcaíno, de Metlife, en la que hablaremos sobre los principales retos de los departamentos de RRHH. En especial,  en torno a la diversidad e inclusión y su impacto en la rentabilidad y sostenibilidad de las organizaciones a medio y largo plazo.

Tras la sesión magistral,  podrás participar en un taller experiencial liderado por Ramona Vicente y Pedro Gioya, del Instituto de Liderazgo, que descubre y potencia la importancia de tener un propósito de pertenecer a un equipo. Combina arte, personas, motivación,  diversión y desarrollo del talento hasta conseguir un resultado inesperado.

Es un ejercicio que nos empuja y nos muestra  hasta dónde somos capaces de avanzar, de influir, de transmitir energía y positividad. Asimismo, contaremos con el input y contraste de Alberto Oviedo, de Workday.
