Straight out the spring break infested beaches of Cancun, and the colorful yet chaotic capital of Mexico - Héctor Ayala is a stand-up comedian from the Barcelona English speaking scene who will take you on a hilarious journey analyzing the contrasts between Latin America and Western Europe. Starting in the comedy circuit in Barcelona in 2018, Hector quickly grew to become one of the local favorites with his highly energetic story telling.

"Make A Mexican Great Again" is a ridiculous testament of truth, absurdity, and spontaneity from the perspective of a Mexicano in Europe: an unfiltered, short, latino man living in the First World - and brought up in the joyous yet surreal walled-up Mexican territory. Mixed with crowd-work, improvisation, and an honest manifesto of his life experiences, "Make a Mexican Great Again" has been established as one of the best solo comedy shows in English that Barcelona has to offer.

Héctor Ayala's Comedic Trajectory includes several features in European Television and Worldwide known Festivals. Some of his milestones include:

Full Edinburgh Fringe 2022 Run - Split-hour Brexico along Andy Casper.
Michelle Wolf Opener: He's shared the stage with comedy royalty, warming up the audience for the incredibly talented Michelle Wolf.
Sharing line-ups with internationally renowned comedians such as Louis C.K., Preacher Lawson, and European rising stars Dragos & Victor Patrascan
Finalist of Stand-Up Revolution RomaniaJoin us for this hour of unfiltered comedy on Friday May 31st, at one of Barcelona's favorite venues - Mint Bar!
