The real estate world involves a complex network of diverse players and relationships. 
Juan Portilla, CEO of Agartha Capital and professor at the Master in Real Estate Development at IE School of Architecture and Design, will give an outstanding online masterclass to introduce you to the fundamentals of real estate, expanding upon key concepts to give a holistic view of the real estate framework.
Through this online masterclass, you will learn how to conduct an effective analysis of the real estate framework that represents the real estate market for optimal decision-making and action. You will explore the various agents and processes involved in the real estate “game,” looking at the role of properties, capital markets, external environment, and the players and phases involved in real estate investments. 
ABOUT THE SPEAKER
He is the CEO of Agartha Capital, a Real Estate investment and asset management company that runs a Pan-European REIT focused on acquiring and managing co-working and co-living properties in key European cities.
He has spent a large part of his professional career at Santander Real Estate, S.A., S.G.I.I.C., where he was CEO and Chairman. He has also served as Chairman of Santander Private Real Estate Advisory, S.A. and as Director of Institutional and Investor Relations at Santander Global Property, S.L. He was previously an Associate at A.T. Kearney.
He completed a Real Estate Management Program at Harvard Business School and holds an International MBA from IE Business School. He also holds a degree in Sociology and Economics from the University of Delaware
