Meet Your Anger

Meet Your Anger

Overview

An emotional integration session to understand anger as a meaningful signal through the Psychoemotional Framework.

Anger is one of the most misunderstood emotions.

Many of us have learned to suppress it, fear it, or judge it. But what if anger isn't the problem?

Within the Psychoemotional Framework, emotions are not seen as problems to solve—they are meaningful signals inviting us to understand ourselves more deeply.

Anger rarely exists in isolation. It can be connected to people-pleasing, self-abandonment, rejection, unmet needs, unspoken boundaries, or emotions that have never been fully felt. Instead of asking "How do I get rid of my anger?", we begin asking a different question:

What is my anger trying to protect?

This session is a guided journey through the body and into the experience of anger.

Rather than analyzing your thoughts or trying to control your emotions, you'll be gently guided to notice your body's signals, connect with your emotional experience, and allow your anger to unfold in a safe and supportive environment.

The body often knows what the mind cannot yet explain.

By learning to listen instead of suppress, fix, or avoid, we create space for awareness, emotional regulation, and lasting integration.

The session follows a simple three-step process:

1. Understand

Discover the psychology of anger, the role it plays in our lives, and what it may be communicating beneath the surface.

2. Experience

Through guided body awareness, breath, and emotional integration practices, you'll be supported in safely experiencing the emotion rather than avoiding or suppressing it.

3. Integrate

Leave with a deeper understanding of yourself and practical tools to build a healthier relationship with your emotions beyond the session.

You'll leave with

  • A deeper understanding of the purpose of anger
  • An introduction to the Psychoemotional Framework
  • Greater awareness of your emotional patterns
  • Practical tools for emotional regulation and integration
  • A new perspective on one of your most powerful emotions
