This event represents a key moment for the Organization and its members as a whole, led by the designation of a new President and Vice-President.      
The General Assembly will also provide an important opportunity for its Member Regions to sign bilateral agreements among them as well as the signature of <A HREF="http://www.nrg4sd.org/wp-content/uploads/2016/03/WelcomeGuideRA_Oficial.pdf" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Regions Adapt initiative</A>,a new global commitment to support and report efforts on adaptation at the state and regional level.

Right after the General Assembly, Gustavo Bajora, President of CONGOPE and Paúl Carrasco, President of ORU Fogar, are pleased to invite ORU Fogar's members to a cocktail event in Ciudad Mitad del Mundo, Quito (Ecuador) at 20h.
