Is this a dance/zumba class or a fitness workout?

Pulse is neither a traditional dance class nor a fitness workout. It is a movement and wellness experience that combines rhythmic exploration, mindful awareness, and expressive movement. The focus is on feeling, connection, and personal expression rather than learning choreography.

What should I expect during this session?

Participants can expect a welcoming space where we will warm up the body, connect with rhythm and breath, explore Afro-inspired movements, and engage in free expression through guided activities. The session includes moments of activation, reflection, and grounding.
