Breathing is our superpower with which we can heal trauma, release stress, emotions and tensions, re-connect with ourselves, connect to a higher state of consciousness, detoxify and re-adjust ourselves to feel inner peace, and obtain more clarity, creativity, vital energy, and joy.Through Conscious Connected Breathing combined with Shamanic Dancing you will journey on a wave of rhythms and elements to find your inner peace, your freedom, your lightness - let your light shine and be you!You are invited to re-discover the full potential of your breath and movement in a safe, conscious and respectful environment. <ul><li>On arrival there will be refreshments of water and freshly made lemonade.</li><li>There is free parking (subject to availablity).</li><li>The event is held in a teepee which is a Sacred Space enjoyed by many.</li><li>At the end of the ceremonies and workshop, there will be some healthy snacks and a chance to connect with the other members in the group.</li></ul>Facilitator:Barbara Herbrandt is a trained and trauma-informed breath work facilitator (Alchemy of Breath) body worker (Grinberg Method), and energy healer (Reconnective Healing + Reconnection). As well as a trained Reajuste Vital - Chakra Dance facilitator and a passionate 5 Rhythm dancer for many years.Barbara will guide you through an inward breath and dance journey to explore, feel to heal, and release stress, anxiety, tension and emotions.She creates a save space to feel and express what you always wanted to, but always tried to avoid. It’s important to note that breath work may not be suitable for everyone. If you have a medical condition like: cardiovascular disease, detached retina or glaucoma, diagnosed brain or abdomen aneurysm, epilepsy, diagnosed bipolar or schizophrenia, uncontrolled diabetes or thyroid disorder, high blood pressure, delicate pregnancy, chronic pulmonary disease and/or asthma, it’s important to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new breathing practices.
