business, etc.During a Somatic Breathwork &amp; Bodywork session, you pendulate between activating and calming your nervous system in order to release stuck emotions and energy from your system and learn at the same time to feel safe in your body again.You will remain present at all times and focus on the bodily sensations which makes this a very safe approach.Conscious connected breathing, movement, touch, sound &amp;
