Additionally it re-establishes the much needed body-mind connection which allows you to live life fully.In today's world, the majority of people is living with a dysregulated nervous system which greatly affects your day to day in all areas of your life: your romantic relationships, your friendships, your health, your work & business, etc.

During a Somatic Breathwork & Bodywork session, you pendulate between activating and calming your nervous system in order to release stuck emotions and energy from your system and learn at the same time to feel safe in your body again.

You will remain present at all times and focus on the bodily sensations which makes this a very safe approach.

Conscious connected breathing, movement, touch, sound & voice will support you during this process.

Due to the nature of the work and its deep affect the group size is limited to 7 participants max.

Bio Anne-Christin: Anne-Christin is a certified Embodied Feminine Flow Teacher, a Somatic Breath- & Bodywork Facilitator as well as an Intuitive Reiki Practitioner and has been on the self-growth journey for more than 10 years now.

Already early on, she noticed that the key element to truly change your life is to integrate movement and intuitive dancing into your practice in order to connect on a body, mind & soul level.

During her own journey, she found that her body had access to so much knowledge and answers that she had been disconnected from for far too long.

And once mindfulness practices were actively added to this, she experienced long-lasting effects: Life unfolded beautifully, she was present in the here and now and she noticed how she deliberately was creating her daily experiences and life itself.

Anne-Christin understood quickly that this is how life was meant to be and feel like, however, she realized that the vast majority experienced life much differently.

She therefore made it her mission to share these modalities with as many people as possible in order for them to experience this joy, ease and flow on a daily basis.

The breathwork used in Somatic Breathwork & Bodywork as well as some other techniques can result in intense physical and emotional release. 

Therefore, the following contraindications need to be taken into consideration:

  • Somatic Breathwork & Bodywork is not advised for persons with epilepsy, detached retina, glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular diseases (including prior heart attack), mental disorders (manic disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), paranoia, psychotic episodes, depersonalization, etc.), strokes, TIA´s, seizures or other brain/neurological conditions, a history of aneurysms in the immediate family, use of prescription blood thinners, hospitalized for any psychiatric condition or emotional crisis within the past 10 years, osteoporosis or physical injuries that are not fully healed, acute somatic and viral diseases, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD-II and COPD-III), chronic diseases with symptoms of decompensation or terminal illness, individual intolerance of oxygen insufficiency, cancer and Low Impulse Control. Consult your therapist/doctor before and get their written approval before booking a session.
  • Pregnant women are advised against practicing Breathwork and some of our techniques without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician.
  • Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician and the facilitator.
  • This work is deeply experiential. It may involve intense and energetic emotional release. This session is not advised for persons who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
