Many variables are behind strategic decisions, all of them part of a complex and dynamic system of relationships. Business leaders must focus not only on the administrative or operational challenges of running a firm, but also need to have a deep awareness of the strengths and weaknesses of the firms they run, to match adequately the characteristics of the goods and services they provide to market requirements.

IE University is coming to Dubai on the 13th of December for the first &uml;Learning Over Breakfast&uml; series, at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. Your hosts are two of IE&acute;s most prominent speakers, <a href="https://www.ie.edu/business-school/faculty-and-research/faculty/caterina-moschieri/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Caterina Moschieri</a> and <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/ameneiro/?originalSubdomain=es" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Alejandro Ameneiro</a>, who will walk you through a strategy workshop followed by a talk about the latest trends in EdTech and Lifelong Learning.

Leaders are now being challenged to use visionary thinking, make insightful strategic decisions, and guide their teams to success amidst an ever-changing environment. The new normal in Higher Education has come with an environment where time and space barriers are broken. Being up-to-date with these topics is key being future-ready.

The session will be followed by a networking  breakfast, so you will have the chance to connect with other ambitious professionals and&nbsp;the IE  University&nbsp;team.&nbsp;Attendance is free of charge.
