It combines techniques and methodologies to create a personalised approach that takes into account the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being.My mission is to transform, within one generation, the way we relate to emotions.I believe that emotional maturation is not something that can be taught, but rather a natural developmental process that unfolds when the right conditions — the ones Nature intended — are present.My mission is to transform, within one generation, the way we relate to emotions by teaching parents how to allow their own emotions, and thus they will be able to contain their children's emotions, who, on their turn, will grow up as emotionally mature adults capable of expressing and being OK with EVERY emotion: this can stop the cycle of the repressed emotions causing most psychological suffering.

What happens there?We explore this invisible, but so important inter-personal space where people change and show another face. Join me in my explorations.Everything around us happens in relationships.We also have a relationship with ourselves... Probably the most important of all. I invite you to share about relationships, or the lack of, the quality of... Share in a safe space anything you would like to, that you dare to, that you need to. In the circle we are there to hold you, to accept you, to attune to you. We welcome listeners, non-judgemental, accepting, empathic, silent. First step is to show up. The next will follow naturally, as is is supposed to be.And what if we are alone? In a different culture? How does that affect our relationships?p.s.
