Join us for a mindful morning of movement, breathwork, and connection by the sea as we welcome the new season together.
This all-levels practice offers a space to energize the body, calm the mind, and reconnect with nature in a beautiful outdoor setting.

✨ Bring your mat, water, towel, sunglasses, hat, and sunscreen.
🌊 After the session, we’ll finish with a refreshing sea dip to fully awaken the body and integrate the practice. (optional)
