This spring and summer, Primitif invites you to a series of curated gatherings shaped by fire, earth, and human connection, where cooking becomes ritual and time slows down around the table.

The season opens with Sunday Fire Brunch on May 3rd, set in the beautiful grounds of Son Boronat.

🔥 The Experience

The fire is lit early. Ingredients are prepared slowly over wood and flame. Guests gather around long communal tables, sharing food, wine, music, and the rhythm of a Mallorcan afternoon that gently stretches into evening.

This is not just brunch, it’s an immersive open fire dining experience rooted in nature, seasonality, and togetherness.

👨‍🍳 Led by Chef Pablo Marí

Originally from Mendoza, Argentina, Pablo’s cuisine is deeply connected to landscape and fire. Shaped by his time at 1884 by Francis Mallmann and kitchens across Latin America and Europe, his approach is instinctive, elemental, and expressive.
