With over a decade of dance experience and certifications in Barre, personal training, and sports coaching, she created Cerclé to offer a versatile, challenging, and inclusive fitness experience. More than a workout space, it’s a community where women grow, inspire each other, and share energy around wellbeing and movement.Program: This event opens with an exclusive one-hour conversation with Ale Guzmán. First, Ale will share her story, what Cerclé Studio does, how it started, and the motivation behind building a strong, community-led fitness brand. After that, the host will guide a broader discussion exploring key entrepreneurial topics — from finding investors to hiring and firing, work-life balance and other challenges every founder faces.
