Many architects hit a ceiling not because of design talent, but because the next step requires business fluency: how firms win work, price value, manage risk, lead teams, and build a strategy that clients trust. This online session with Jerónimo van Schendel Erice, Academic Director of MBArch (Master in Business for Architecture and Design), explores the question: Do architects need an MBA, and what would an “MBA for architects” actually look like?
In 60 minutes you’ll get a clear, practical view of the skills that change careers in the built environment: positioning and differentiation, client strategy, fees and profitability, project and people leadership, and how to make design decisions that hold up commercially. Expect concrete examples, a transparent explanation of how MBArch works, and plenty of time for Q&amp;A so you can assess whether it fits your goals.
