The world of work is rapidly changing due to the fast growth of technological platforms that are transforming how people view work. There are currently about 70 million gig workers using online platforms around the world today and it is estimated that one-third of all labor transactions will be mediated by digital platforms by 2025.
In this masterclass, we will explore this growing area of the economy and general implications for the future of work in Africa.
