La Asociación de Antiguos Alumnos de Stanford en España es una entidad sin ánimo de lucro que reúne a los antiguos alumnos de la Universidad de Stanford, tanto en "undergraduates" como de la Graduate School of Business, Stanford Executive Program, y Master Programs, incluso cursos especializados.Se realizan de manera habitual eventos de tipo formativo o instructivos y de experiencias profesionales, incluyendo visitas a instalaciones de algunas empresas o lugares de interés cultural.  Asímismo organizamos encuentros con Professors de la Universidad o de la GSB, incluso ocn delegaciones de alumnos que puedan estar visitando España, a fin de colaborar y mantener el nexo de union y apoyo desde aquí a las actividades de Stanford.Para más información, nos podeis conectar a través de info@stanfordalumni.org o bien visitando nuestra web www.stanfordalumni.es

“The New Technology State" is a live in-person discussion with tech industry luminary Bill Raduchel discussing his new book and moderated by Alberto Torres.The talk will be followed by a reception, with the opportunity to meet the author and enjoy some wine, nibbles and good conversation.This event’s registration will be free of charge for those Stanford Alumni who have paid the annual fee or have set up a direct debit. For other Stanford Alumni and Ryder Club Members, the registration fee will be €12 per attendee.Bill Raduchel, for more than half a century, has been at the forefront of the technological revolution and has been recognized for his contributions in the media, education, and corporate governance fields. He had a front-row seat and was also a key player in the birth of the digital age in which we now live—from opening one of the first online futures trading services to delivering bids in the 1990s to buy NeXT and Apple to being “in the room” for the launch of licensed music on iTunes, and ultimately to being named CTO of the Year at AOL Time Warner—he has been there with Scott McNealy to Steve Jobs to Steve Case to Steve Ballmer and other titans of Technology and Media.
