Community Power is a new Charitable Incorporated Organisation, developed by Healthwatch Herefordshire. Healthwatch Herefordshire has been working in the County since 2013, and has been in existence to hold the current contract since April 2017 providing local Healthwatch services.We enable people and organisations to work together, to create the conditions for people to lead their best lives and do their best to work; and for organisations to achieve their greatest impact and value.Strength in connection, Power in communities
