Accredited in Civil & Commercial, Workplace & Employment, SEND, Community and Restorative Justice mediations, Nancy has been lead mediator in more than 1000 mediations over the past ten years. She also provides conflict management training and coaching. Michael Lang sparked her interest in Reflective Practice, and she arranged a UK group which Michael and Ava Abramowitz generously facilitated as well as teaching through example. She trained as a reflective practice group leader with RPII and has since co facilitated two UK based groups. Nancy has also trained extensively in NVC and is still continuing the journey. Before becoming a full-time peacemaker in 2014, Nancy was a director in a successful family business, midwife, manager, research fellow,consultant and trainer in public, private & third sector.

Nancy facilitates learning to manage difficult situations more constructively, whether participants are conflict resolution professionals or simply want to have a more peaceful life.
