Shaunta Gray has been in the real estate industry for the past 24 years with a career as a Licensed IL/IN Designated Managing Real Estate Broker, IL Licensed Notary, former Certified Real Estate Appraiser, Title Company owner, Real Estate Developer, NFP Director, IL Associate Appraiser Trainee, Title Agent, Inventor and Serial Entreprenuer who has been living and talking about real estate for the past 24 years. She currently is the Designated Managing Broker/Owner of Kairos Real Estate Pro.

She has encountered many personal experiences with having poor or challenged credit. Some were from poor credit management, money, resources, poor decision making and others were inherited from lack of knowledge. After years of being in an industry that deals with personal and business credit, she witnessed first hand most people don't totally understand the concept of credit and it's long term effects on their personal and financial lives. She was asked, more times than she could count, "how do you repair your credit", or "how can I increase my credit scores quickly". For this reason, the book "Credit Secrets They Don't Want You To Know" was birthed. The goal is to help as many people as possible restore, repair or improve their own personal credit, while equipping them with knowledge, information and resources that will ultimately be life changing, thereby allowing them to end any and all negative generational behaviors of mismanagement of credit and finances.

She facilitates homebuyer and seller workshops consistently and enjoys helping people with their real estate needs! She's a solutionist by nature and has helped people with some of the most challenging real estate situations!
