MANGO is an intimate Mediterranean supper club in Barcelona, created by Taula Bruta.

The Mediterranean isn't just where we come from. It's how we gather, welcome and share. MANGO was born from that spirit.

Rooted in Catalonia, Greece and Turkey, MANGO celebrates a shared Mediterranean heritage. We come from different shores of the Mediterranean, but we speak the same language: hospitality.

Every chapter is a journey through Mediterranean flavours, memories and traditions. More than a tasting menu, MANGO is where food becomes conversation, wine becomes connection, and strangers leave feeling a little less like strangers.

MEET THE TEAM

  • Lefteris Dimitriou is a Greek chef whose cooking is rooted in memory, exceptional ingredients and the belief that every dish carries a story. After working in high-end kitchens across Europe and the Middle East, he found his true passion in creating experiences where hospitality is the main ingredient.
  • Dila Naz Wollsten is a Turkish storyteller and video producer. With a background in audiovisual production and storytelling, she develops the concept, visual identity and narrative of each MANGO chapter.
  • Jan Sallares is a Catalan sommelier and MANGO's artistic director. He is responsible for the wine selection, pairings and the overall artistic coherence of the experience, ensuring that every element works together as one story.
