Marcela Jardón (Buenos Aires, 1964) is a visual artist based in Barcelona. Since the late 1980s, she has developed an interdisciplinary practice that integrates drawing, photography, video, installation, artist's books, objects, and painting.

Her work constitutes an ongoing investigation into the ways in which we perceive, remember, and construct meaning. Through different media, she explores issues related to memory, language, experience, temporality, and representation.

Her work has been presented in museums, art centers, festivals, and international institutions in Europe, the Americas, Asia, and Oceania, including the Sydney Opera House (Australia), Kanazawa Citizen Art Center (Japan), Bangkok Regional Office of The Rockefeller Foundation (Thailand), the Museum and Historical Archive of the Cabildo of Montevideo (Uruguay), the Centre d’Art Santa Mònica (Barcelona), the University of Alicante Museum, the Reus Museum, and the La Neomudéjar Museum (Madrid), among others.

Since 2017 he has mainly developed pictorial projects grouped into series such as Floating Landscapes, Space-Time, Studies on the Landscape and Black Series, presented in exhibitions, awards and international contemporary art fairs.
