Founded in 2013 with the mission to promote and preserve the wealth of Algerian culture. There always has been a need to highlight the uniquely rich Algerian traditions and arts, which have been underrepresented on the global stage. We are driven by our unending passion for culture and cultural exchanges.

Over the years, Culturama has grown from a small community centre to a thriving hub of cultural activity, with a wide range of programmes and events that attract visitors from all over the world, focusing on Algerian music and culture.
