The Dallas Innovation Alliance (DIA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to creating a more connected and inclusive Dallas. Through partnerships with community organizations, local leaders, and residents, DIA works to use technology in practical ways that improve everyday life and expand access to opportunity.

One of DIA’s community programs is Connected Dallas, which offers free, in-person digital skills classes and one-on-one support for adults across the city. These classes focus on building confidence with everyday technology — including internet navigation, software basics, email, and typing skills — all in a welcoming, beginner-friendly environment.
