Sarah Morgan founded Luceat after 25 years as an executive leader across industries including eCommerce, utilities and technology. She knows what it feels like to be the person holding everything together while quietly falling apart. She was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, and that changed how she understood not just herself, but the leaders she works with.

Luceat specialises in two things. Supporting neurodivergent leaders and professionals who are done apologising for how they're wired, and helping scaling organisations understand the behavioural dynamics that undermine growth. Not strategy. Not process. The human infrastructure underneath both.

Sarah works with individuals through coaching and with organisations through diagnostics, workshops and embedded leadership programmes. She speaks regularly on neurodivergence at work, rejection sensitivity, psychological safety and what behavioural maturity actually looks like under pressure.

Not every problem at work is a skills gap. Some of it is just what happens when human beings are under pressure and nobody has given them the language to understand why.
