I am an empowerment, trauma and grief specialist. I am a multi award winning trauma focused hypnotherapist, mind coach, certified Grief Educator by David Kessler, Reiki Master as well as a psychic-medium and intuitive development mentor sharing my time between Ireland, France and Switzerland.

I help people get empowered, supercharge their confidence and self esteem, overcome their limiting beliefs as well as manage anxiety and symptoms of traumatic experiences and heal their attachment wounds and their inner child through my therapy and navigate the rocky terrain of grief.

I am also an end of life doula.
