Paulina is a certified breathwork instructor, mindfulness teacher and sound alchemist. She helps others to live a fully authentic, liberated life aligned with their unique purpose using the power of breathwork, mindfulness and somatic practices. She creates space for healing and transformation facilitating 1:1 and group events and collaboration with others.

She is a creator of the Liberation Journey Formula, a 3-step transformative process for experiencing clarity and deep fulfilment by quieting the mind and connecting to the body wisdom, letting go of the past, self-doubt and unworthiness, and confidently standing in your power to follow your unique purpose.

She deeply believes in the body's inherent wisdom and the power of leading with the heart. She is passionate about different ways to reconnect with intuition and awaken inner wisdom. Her approach is feminine, sensual and deeply rooted in embodied awareness.
