Meet the Founder

I'm Ashley Dawn, a mindset coach and psychology graduate who got tired of watching talented women shrink themselves to fit into networking spaces that were never built for them. So I built a room that doesn't ask that of anyone. This community is 200+ women strong and growing, and every event is designed the same way this one is: small, honest, and real.

What to Expect

Before the event.

During the event.

A structured but relaxed format that encourages organic conversation. We weren't kidding when we said this gives off dinner with friends energy.

After the event.

Share your contact info through our form so the women you connect with can stay in touch. No awkward "what's your number" moment at the door, and no follow trains. You choose who you stay connected with. Come back to the next event and keep building on the relationships you're already growing.
